I’m thinking the top veterans from this thread are (or will soon be) out shooting with their new 105mm f/1.4Es and won’t be hanging around here for a while. I’d like to get the new 105, but I’ll probably wait until my birthday next year. I can justify a costly lens just once a year, and this year was the 58, which I’m still trying to figure out. I don’t get out much, it seems.
And when I do get out – this being Oregon – I’m getting darkness and gray skies… or maybe both. It was gray and rainy for my trip into Portland for First Thursday.
