I think the reason Hassy gets flak over the whole Fuji thing is the common belief that the H system was originally a Fuji system that Hassy simply came along and bought the rights to it for worldwide (ex Japan) sale. Also, the fact that Fuji built the lenses too. It really makes people think how a small company like Hassy with not much experience in optics or electronics could actually have much input in the design of the H system other than to hand over requested specs to Fuji. It\'s prejudice born out of some of the stupid things Hassy has done, such as making H bodies proprietary or Lunar line.
I don\'t really care whether Hassy actually developed it or not, as long as it\'s good. I\'m a big fan of theirs, and this camera is definitely a consideration in my book. If the A9 comes out and it\'s $5-6k, then this Hassy would be in the conversation. I think this camera looks great. A great competitor to the Leica S and Pentax 645.
