Re: RX1/RII + Sony WA converter (SEL075UWC) = Pretty awesome
Not managed to convert my SEL075UWC as yet (waiting for some tools for the job) but I recently treated myself to a Ricoh GR (for true pocketability) with the GW-3 075x adapter so was intrigued how it would perform on the RX1R (mark1) that I have.
Not scientific as it was just a quick test hand held focused at the back fence. Processed through Lightroom using my general presets.
Unusable at f/2.8 and f/4 is not great in corners but quite good at f/5.6 and very good at f/8 & f/11
I think you should be able to click on the Flickr links and download the full size image for viewing for those wanted to pixel peep.
All in all a pretty good alternative to the SEL075UWC for those who don\'t want to mess around with converting the Sony converter and happy to stop down a little. The Ricoh one just screws on to the filter thread.
