Have you tried upping the Clarity to increase mid-range contrast? Might add some pop which seems lacking.
Also, your subject is the train and the foreground and buildings to left are rather distracting. Have you thought about cropping it in a bit? Sorry, I know this forum is not for photo critique but your comment does seem to elicit a response.
