It is the Canon EF 300mm f/2,8 L IS MkI on a Metabones Smart Adapter MkIV and the Sony A7RII.
The combination works like a charm most of the time, pretty fast and very accurate. In very low light it struggles a bit. At occasions I missed a zoom, but my boys were set up with a Canon 6D+ 70-200 f4L(+1,4ex) and covered things up close.
