Thanks, Nadim. If you stop down the aperture to f/5.6 or so and shoot in a studio, the advantage of the Batis, being a faster lens, capable of rendering smoother bokeh, disappears. For that particular session I just wanted the lens to render more details. Hence, the macro lens was my choice. I didn\'t take the Batis with me but I almost could guarantee you that I would have not been able to tell the difference between the the macro lens and Batis under the same circumstances for real life shooting and resolution testing.
