Let me tell you a story, as best I remember it. After the US movie company Warner Brothers had produced \"Casablanca\", the masterpiece with Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman, they heard that the Marx Brothers wanted to do a movie called \"a day in Casablanca\". So their lawyers sent a threatening letter to Groucho Marx. Who answered in saying \"well, if, as your contend, using one word can be trademarked and can let you prevent others from using it, then you can no longer be Warner Brothers, because we were the Marx Brothers well before you! So, first, that you are Philippe cannot stop me from being Philippe. unless, of course, I am older and then I was Philippe before you were Philippe. And then, the principle should be applied in reverse, and you can never be Philippe again!
