Brad, you click reply on the lower right hand area of the last thread. It opens up a page where you can choose the file you want to upload. You enter the file, and if you want, you can add the Exif data, put a frame of your choice and add a caption and your \"signature\". You can upload up to 5 JPG images but you have to do it one at the time. For the second image, you click \"Add a second upload\" button and you repeat the process. After you are done, you click send reply and you are set.
