Only 5 miles to my house from this spot.....if you are a crow
Basically we se two ridges, the giant one with the big peaks and a lower one which goes across the frame and has all the trees. I sometimes hike there, and her is the view in the same direction from that large ridge:

This also taken from that big intermediate ridge, but now looking back at where I took the first two. If you look in the central frame there is a distant ridge on the horizon, and just under this is a couple small bumps, much closer. That\'s where I stood for the first two

These are the Pioneer Mountains, 1.5 billion years old and distinct from all the other local ranges I shoot.
