Pointing out a small handful of changes that haven\'t been made and spinning that into a tirade on how Fuji screws its customers and doesn\'t update their cameras is quite a leap of logic.
Sure, not EVERY requested change has been made, but Fuji has updated models more completely and for longer than any other manufacturer in recent memory. While the updates on the X-Pro 1 were mainly fixing what was essentially a broken camera at release, the X-E2 has seen many improvements over the years (with a bigger update coming in the next few months), the X-E1 and X-Pro still se updates, though these are less substantial nowadays due to hardware limitations. Meanwhile the X-T1 is effectively an X-T1 Mark III due to the v3 and v4 firmware updates, which not only fixed small bugs and improved performance, but added a huge array of features and an entirely new autofocus system. The camera was very good at launch but is substantially improved now. No other company does that to this extent.

LMAO!! Fujifilm hardly listens. People have been asking for exposure bracketing greater than +/- 1 ev ever since the very first X100. That\'s how many years ago? Fuji *STILL* has not made this very simple fix. That\'s really listening to your customer base.
People have been asking for a *REAL* flash system for the X system since day 1. A flash system that would be similar in capability as Canon or Nikon. Fuji\'s response? A set of very poorly made knock offs made by a 3rd party with the Fuji name slapped on it.
Dont forget the whole X10 sensor fiasco which Fujifilm resisted fixing with enormous effort. A truly abysmal effort from Fujifilm.
Fuji did issue a firmware update for the X100, several in fact that eventually fixed the over 35 bugs found by DPR in its review. So many bugs were found in the firmware that an entire page was devoted to them.
