Ron - I do have quite a few Contax645 lenses. And I was toying with the idea of trying the adapter. But everyone I\'ve asked who has the adapter says that the Contax lenses don\'t hold up on a digital sensor. Apparently they really show their age, and the S-lenses are far superior. That hasn\'t stopped any of us from using old M lenses or LTM lenses etc. So it\'s not really an excuse. I guess I haven\'t really seen many samples, so I couldn\'t tell you either way. That and their really isn\'t much I\'m \"in need\" of for the S-system. The adapter is definitely something I\'m still considering purchasing, I\'m just unsure of how much use any lens other then the 70 will get.
I suppose I could spring for the adapter, it would be cheaper then buying the 35-S.
