How can I center the focus mag box without using wheels? i.e. is there a \"one push to center\" somehow?

On my A7r it\'s the trash button (C3), I don\'t know why. (I focus magnify, move it off enter and C3 brings it back). I\'ve tried changing C3 to other functions and as long as you are \"in\" focus zoom and can see the focus box it resets the position. I found it by complete accident.

Here you can get a look at over all WO performance:

Next A7 expert question:
Any way to get a \"shortcut\" switch to toggle EVF/LCD? Without diving into menu?

I\'ve always thought that you had some of the best white balance in your photos - really, I\'ve thought \"wow, the colors are perfect\" many times when looking at your posts.

but. . .not so much lately. They are either quite purple (these) or quite green (earlier).

Any ideas why? Not a criticism necessarily, just curious.

Boils down to change and incompetence.

A7 RAWS are killing me!! I find the WB is hit heavily by push and pull for me, unlike the Leica RAWs which hold their character really well with the same sort of moves.

Worse I have been tweaking the auto WB looking for a sweet spot. IE I have over compensated for the green. At some point hopefully I will get it closer. And learn some more tricks in LR.

Add to this we do have alot of blue light here right now, with deep blue skies and reflective spring snow.

Either I will figure out the A7.mod WB or the M9 will be back from NJ

or there\'s always:
