7dII vs 5DIII can you tell the difference?

These were shot Saturday at my Grandson\'s game. All but one are my grandson. One is a friend of his. Same lousy photographer, same 70 200 2.8 II lens, same game, rotten lighting, high ISO\'s.

There have been alot of comments made concerning the noise level of the 7DII. I just don\'t see that there is that much difference.

These were all processed similarly.

I am not the best Basketball Photographer, I don\'t shoot it often, and this particular gym has the teams on one side and the spectators on the other, so no switching sides. Partly because of this, I got alot more shots of his backside than his face.

All that said, I\'d love to know if you tell the difference. There is only one shot that I can. ISO\'s vary but are all high. Cameras were both on Auto ISO. Which shots are with the 5DIII and which are with the 7DII?
