I would not use the R for cityscapes due to the aliasing.
Almost too much resolution for portraits, especially showing skin / makeup flaws.
Of course down-sampling is easy. It should be fabulous for environmental
portraiture where the person may occupy a smaller part of the frame.
I\'ll definitely have to consider your advice. It will be easy to switch my order. Thanks for the info. Anyone know if the portrait shot Snapsy posted earlier was with the 5Ds or DsR? That was impressive.
