For high tech companies that perform analysis and casting, they should have these kind of equipments or should know where to have it analyzed for a fees. In the States, UK and here in Singapore should not be a problem. Even one of the companies I worked for have these kind of equipments and I was in charge of that Components Technology Department at that time. Operators have to be certified annually and have to wear radiation tags when in the restricted laboratory zone.
