Roger, I think, the Lens Rental guy, made a very interesting post about the Leica MM.

He also has vision issues, but loves the MM regardless, because the shots he does get really please him.

The Leica M with lenses attached have identical focus throws for all modern lenses. At f/8 you don\'t have to use the viewfinder at all. or you can use it for framing only. Because it\'s all optical with mild mag, it\'s very easy on the eyes.

Of course you will miss some shots, but you may get some truly priceless to you, and have some fun with a great kit. With a tremor and vision issues I would lean wide, 35 to 18, but that\'s where the M kit shines anyway.

I think the A7 series holds only one advantage: auto focus with native glass. The FE 35 is nice. The 55 sharp but a bit meh to me.

But once you get used to a focus tab on the M series you can just feel where you are distance wise. Many street shooters don\'t use the patch, in general.
