Jeremy...it\'s actually very smooth clickless aperture, but there is quite a bit of resistance(at least my copy). So changing the aperture accidentally is quite difficult. I shoot itis fly wo, but it\'s really sharp stopped down, too. It\'s a very good all-rounder 50mm in my book!
