Gregg -- Sounds like a great trip but that is a lot of glass to lug around. If it were me, I would go with the zoom or the primes, not both.
Speaking of primes. This is the Contax 35mm f/2.8 C/Y on an A7s with mid-day harsh light which I have been trying to avoid like Phillip. I almost feel like I am breaking a rule shooting in bright full sunlight. This is a lens I have seldom used before selling my RX1. It has some of that Contax Zeiss pop like the 35-70 that is getting a vacation in Hawaii.
