For me having no real landscapes around here to shoot (mountains, valleys, deserts, oceans, epic water falls etc.....) makes being a landscape shooter challenging. I hope to move somewhere else one day!!! Get away from the prairies and get me some mountains to play with! For now I will have to keep working at finding photo opportunities with what I have to work with. Lately I\'ve been too busy to get out much with my camera but I\'ve been sneaking out for a quick sunset once and I while. Where I live there are a lot of wild flowers growing including these. Such a striking contrast to the rest of the flowers and strands of wheat. The sunset light added to the already purplish colours of the flower pedals.
