I was on my way to the Köpenick gefängnis (Koepenick Jail) when I met a policeman in the S-Bahn (commuter train), and after making a comment about the heat and his uniform to break the ice (it was about 37 degrees Celcius, which is about 2 million degrees Fahrenheit), I told him that I was off to jail... and then that it was Koepenick Jail, for a photo tour. In hindsight, that probably wasn\'t a great joke. He was a little stiff somewhere in all of that, but was eloquent enough in the end, full bonus points for him.
I was loosely considering making another comment on the way back, in case I should see another policeman, that I had just come out of jail, but the opportunity didn\'t arise...
I decided that given the contrasty light and the flawed behaviour of the A7, that I would bring my Nikon on this trip, which was probably a good decision all told, in spite of the weight. D800, ZF.2 21/2.8 @ f/2.8:
