I finally got some sun and took Tony\'s and others advice and tried lower ISO on my 7D. To my supprise I got some BIF\'s that I\'m proud of cause I never thought I\'d be able to with the way I shake. I know they are slow birds but for me it\'s suprising. I had my bean bag on the truck window but found myself having to use it as a brace while hand holding these shots. I have resized, NR\'ed a little and sharpened a little. CC is always welcome cause that\'s how we all learn.
