Got my Novoflex adapter for OM, and tried the 55/1.2, wide open of course.

The bokeh is freakin\' fantastic! :-O It\'s very much like the ZM 50/1.2 Sonnar, but without curvature of field, and of course not as sharp.

On-axis and in the plane of focus, there is a beautiful glow. Not harsh or jittery like many modern lenses when unsharp, but just soft and nice, still with pretty good resolution.

I think I\'ll get rid of my Nikkor-S 55/1.2 now, because they are about the same sharpness-wise, but the Oly gives much smoother bokeh. Though, the glass is really yellowish, so colors don\'t come out quite as good as with the Nikkor.
