I think this is what you are looking for:
That\'s a nikon RF, but the adapter setup works fine with my 50/1.5 zeiss from 1937 in contax mount.
You never can tell, however I would think the great sonnar will be excellent on the A7s.
Google Amedeo contax to m. that get\'s you from internal contax to M mount, and it has a helicoid. Then you use a normal M to E.
Here is the contax 50/1.5 wide open on nex 5n:
