Hi Dylan - I won\'t claim to have done any rigorous studies on the this camera and I\'m still learning its strengths and weaknesses. The camera does a great job under many circumstances including on a tripod with long exposures (see posting above). I do notice that the camera does have a bit of noise at native resolution but I doubt it carries through to a printed image. I do notice it though. Some have said that Sony sacrificed some noise at native ISO for better low light performance. I can attest to the low light performance too, the camera does a great job. Even at high ISO values (6400) while there is grain, the images are sharp. All in all this camera can\'t be beat for its overall performance and size. It makes the RX1 feel big!
