28mm 1.4D on D800E: 4.5 seconds exposure time @ f7.1, Singh-Ray Vari-ND filter, adjusted pretty dark, probably 4-6 stop anyway, just guessing. Enhance in LR4, and Color Efex Pro 4.
I decided the first image lacked a lot. So, it is being replaced with this one:
This one just lost to much in translation... First attempt without Topaz Adjust.
