Thanks for the comments.
Please be encouraged. I can assure you that there were many, many more rejects than keepers. And there was significant crop involved since the birds were not too close - which facilitated keeping the birds in the frame. The satisfaction derived from the few quality keepers in enhanced in proportion to the difficulty of the situation. Thank goodness that we\'re not shooting film though.
