My point of reference for this lens is the 400 IS v.1. Hopefully it will be close in optical quality, if not better.
Thank you, Ron. I just can not help it: my expectations on that lens are not very high, but I sure hope its IQ wide open and AF are not worse than my 400 f/5.6.
