I won\'t post the image unless someone really wants to see it: I have the 24mm focal length covered by a bunch of lenses. I used the same setup using an Olympus Zuiko 24/2.8 lens on the 5D mk II. I then compared the file against the 17TSE shot on the 60D. The Zuiko is pretty good. Looking at the rear of the kitchen it is obvious that the depth of field and corners are better with the 17 TSE though.The Zuiko is one of the smallest lenses you will find. I found a perfect condition sample with original metal lens shade for $20 from a guy on Craigslist.

But getting back to the 17 TSE and 1.4x TEs: I am quite pleasantly surprised at how much image quality this combo produces! I like the wide format with the 17 but its great to know that you can use a TE or a crop body and get a really solid 24mm-ish image with this lens...
