It was not so easy to decide which focus ring is smoother.
Until 135/2 all lenses are all very smooth.
But I have to say that all lenses are very usable to me, even the 25/2 is not uncomfortable to use.
Easiest first:
85/1.4 ZE
21/2.8 ZF
50/2 ZF
50/1.4 ZE
15/2.8 ZE
135/2 ZE
100/2 ZE
28/2 ZE
35/1.4 ZE
35/2 ZE
25/2 ZE
