He seems to have someone locally who can do it but Lord knows if he knows what he\'s doing. I checked with John White, as suggested, and he is still doing his conversions...that\'s all-in for about $50 including shipping. How much is a non-converted one woorth, do you imagine?


I\'d say an excellent condition non-converted one is $400 or so . . . for the minimal investment to have it professionally converted it is worth the price. Plus, if you happen to actually find a factory kit sometime down the road it\'s an easy thing to change after the fact.

Just make sure the optics are in excellent condition!
