This happened somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, I was on a cruise ship on an \"At Sea\" Day, closest land on Google Map would be 300 miles away. While most guests were enjoying a beautiful day on the top deck by the pool side, I stood all alone at the aft of this ship, dressed in my camo gears, looking like a freak, girls were intentionally walk a few steps away to avoid me...
Speed and Height were relevant, in my observation. Success ratio is less than 10%. (Not scientific of course.)
