This support system, the gimbal, ballhead, leveling base, slider will help greatly for all my shooting. Often I just can\'t get a shot as tripods are just not easily used from a wheelchair...so I\'ve forgone those types of shots. It was the notion of wielding that big glass that planted the seed...kinda cool...I don\'t need to master BIF at all, but to be able to just try it...is even more cool
Jerry, once you have the setup support system sorted out, be it mechanical or your own body, then the rest will follow its course.
However, obviously, without an easy and effective support, one just can not shoot with long lenses well consistently, whether standing, kneeling or sitting in a wheelchair.
Your ducks are waiting for you out there, and if Mallards are as plentiful in your area as they are in mine, then you\'ve got it made.
