As far as the Canon not hacking the lighting etc, It was extremely tricky. The sun is so low and I took this shot with it just grazing the wall. The wall in this area is predominantly shiny white quartz, with some dark grey or black stones studded n it. The base stones are dark grey. I also have no doubt that Capture One Pro would make a much better job of recessing than piRAWnha.
Here us an image of the entrance. The winter solstice light illuminates the end of a 20m or so long passage at ground level, via the higher entrance called the \'roof-box\'. The foot passage slopes upward, so by the end of this the light ray is now at ground level.
