I believe this is called a \"honey burst\", which is a variant of sunburst. It\'s brand new but manufactured in 2011; a Les Paul Standard from Gibson. It plays and sounds wonderfully and I think it has been hanging in the store because of the not so perfect match between the two halves of the split maple top.
