No it\'s not. It\'s FF but not a premium bit of kit, the 5D3 and 1DX are the premium bodies.
The sensor might constitute premium given it\'s FF but the rest of the 6D is light weight entry level, pull the FF sensor out and you have a 60D with minor tweaks. That\'s it\'s appeal, $2K FF body, not $3.5K or $7K for the premium body.
And, that $1400 or so can be used for more L glass. I\'m guessing the 6D\'s price will a bit less than $2.1K by mid next year just as the 5D3 has dropped, I doubt by as much percentage wise, but perhaps to $1,800...that\'s not a premium body IMO
