I always liked the images from my D1x. I still have it but never use it because much of my photography is in dim light. The Battery Barn batteries worked the best for me. I also have the AC adapter which I used occasionally for studio shoots. The round multi selector on the back fell off (a common occurrence I have been told) but has carefully been reattached with an of duct tape which has worked perfectly.
I\'d be happy to consider selling it since it\'s just sitting in a bag. I get it out occasionally to see if its still alive.
