By my calculations the ISL falloff variance between Neil @ 5 ft and us @ earth would be 6.23 x 10^-19.

Or conversely that it would be 1.6 x 10^18 brighter @ Neils camera than ours.

I think you\'re kinda diggin\' your own grave here.
