I am handicapped and shoot alone. Best thing I did was get a nice avenger A420 wheeled stand. Unless I am shooting on the beach, I can easily roll my stand with 37\" octa or BD with Einstein/VML. The stands is made for studio but so far has worked quite well outdoors. Even if I have an assistant, I use them for something else not holding that painter\'s pole (that is how I started). No problems even using 5\' octa with that stand.
Someone on one of the forums modifier a regular stand to take those nice penumatic wheels. And that setup had vagabond II as weight. They sell it for $400 a pop. I asked couple of times about plans etc but didn\'t get the respond. The person is Mike something and he shoots seniors etc. and also offers classes. Youc an dig up the video on youtube and make one yourself it handy.
