Maybe canon will drop the mk 3 price before everyone changes over. I am thinking of picking one up at that price just to try it out.

I\'ve been looking at it. It\'s NOTHING LIKE the 5d3:
* 1/4000th second max shutter
* SD cards
* No Xsync (apparently)
* Questionable weather sealing / construction
* Fewer focus points
* Slower FPS
* No AF ON button (apparently)
* No micro adjustment
* AF sensitivity at -1EV rather than -2.
The only thing it\'s really got in it\'s favour is a tiny bit of resolution, f8 points and probably dynamic range.
If you think this will hit the 5d3 market you\'re missing a lot of very important points lol! It\'s not a pro camera - it\'s an enthusiast camera. If you\'re an enthusiast and this works for you, go for it
