I figured that the first time was an anomaly. I said to myself this cannot possible happen again...WRONG! And, this item was just at $1k so insurance was not the issue. I just want to make one thing clear. I detect a hint that you are alluding to my having a hand in this. If this was the case, my MO is to ship a $1k laptop, have it stolen so I can immediately refund the buyer his money. That does not compute.
