Polarizers look a little weird with ultra-wides (the amount of polarization is uneven across the sky) and you may lose too much light on really long focal lengths, but anything in the middle is fair game. For example, I\'m wondering in that last shot you just posted if a CP would cut through some of the haze and bring out the clouds a bit.
