i think you mean this comparison, MC 50/1.4 and MC 58/1.2 turned in the best performance, he didn\'t test a MD 50/1.4 with 55mm filter though, which is optically different from the 49mm version.
perhaps i should just get the all three versions and satisfy my curiousity, it\'s not like they cost much...
As it happens a E49 version of the MD will arrive tomorrow, and i already own a E55 MD and the MC, i hope to find some time to compare them against a Canon nFD 50/1.4 and my G45 on the Nex 7.
