Here ya go Peter, a few ripe Roma tomatoes from our summer garden. It\'s not the sharpest image, it\'s been awhile since I\'ve shot handheld with this rather heavy lens, but...

The image is from a 40D with a 3 decades old nFD 200mm f4 Macro. Attached to the EOS Digital body via EdMikas .5mm Adapter. I shot wide open at f4, 1/1000, this was the last of 15 images and to my surprise the sharpest of the set.

It\'s clear that I\'ll need a sturdier support; tri/monopod or stronger arms to get sharper images. The cool thing is that even tho I\'m not able to focus to infinity, there is about 45ft of focus distance

There\'ll be more images from my EOS bodies and old FD lenses this summer, next is a more controlled setup with the 200 mac. New and old tech does work together
