That would have been something. Sometimes the world is small, something like 10 years ago I was a frequent traveler to RIchardson just a stonethrow from Plano, Texas - which I saw in your profile now. Ericsson (a cellular infrastructure company) used to have substantial presence there (maybe still have, not sure). I have plenty of Texas memories from Forth Worth and surroundings, but best was when we rented a Mustang Convertible and went south to San Antonio to meet the local Chevrolet Corvair Chapter, just and idea as I had a -63 Corvair Coupe at that time. The Chapter more or less consisted of one person and his wife. But what a bar round we got, as far from Alamo you could get. The only thing missing from a Western movie was the horses, here replaced by pickup trucks. Oh, and no guns too. But what a bunch of characters we came to meet (in the most positive sense).
