Well mad scientist, who\'d a guessed! Don\'t know much about NP except that they expel really warm water and that makes for some mighty fine, kinda comfortable surfing. Born n raised in SoCal I spent many a weekend gliding along waves out front of the San Onofre NPP.

The only downside to the lovely warm water is the plethora of less than friendly critters it attracts, namely sharks and stingrays. They are better at surfing and some don\'t play well, they either nibble or eat you...something that just throws off you balance for some reason.

Now that I think about it, perhaps it\'s better to be Terra Firma bound
