It's in great shape, and comes with all accessories, charger, 2 batteries, flash. The lens is a CCD cam C-mount lens and is quite unusual. If you want to mess with lomo-style digital, here it is. This lens is prefect for this. It is manual focus. I will also include a pentax 110 lens adapter as well.
