Nice, put either one on a Pro body...and AF is instantaneous.
Camera settings and user skill play a huge part in AF speed and accuracy.
I don\'t believe any \"blanket\" statements on one being \'faster\' than the other.
Totally respect Roger and his crew @ Lens Rentals...just sayin\'...more often
than not, it\'s the guy behind the camera too.

For example: high degree of difficulty on this shot, effortless capture with the new OS on my D3
