I am still in love with my obsolete D700. As a matter of fact, I swapped from Canon to Nikon 2 years ago because of the D700. I also buy quite a but of used gear. All of my Nikon lenses were purchased used with no issues except for one and the seller paid for the repair.
Just for the record I buy used cards also. I purchased a Customized 2002 Chevy Suburban in 2004 with 40,000 miles for $24,000. I still own that vehicle today and the odometer reads 104,000 miles. The Suburban didn\'t come with a warranty either.
