I enjoy seeing your work and your presentation of it.
I have a little different feel from these images, I\'ll try to explain how I see them and this speaks of the set not taking cropping or sharpness into account...........
These birds to me present themselves as pretty fragile, but somewhat bold, they have such great form and such wonderful color when exposed correctly like you have done. However, I see an in-rush of saturation and push of yellow/green that seems to steal from the subjects, no I like the color in the water but maybe not soooo much of it. In a few of these the amount of color overpowers the subject, that doesn\'t mean that I don\'t like the image but I will simply post one as an alternative to consider and it will at first look somewhat flat until you look more at the subject
These are fun shots to sneak in some \'burn\' to ever so slightly darken or lightly vignette, to the point that it goes almost unnoticed. It forces our eyes to the subject and supresses some of the dynamics of the abundance of color in the perimeter. Just my thoughts, hope you see something from it or experiment a bit more.........
You are a great photographer, I just am putting this out for food for thought for you..
Enjoyable images Birdie, as far as reflections go................I would often rather imagine them then see them but there are times that they make exceptional images and if you like them, then you keep them
Take care
