yeah, it definitely has to do with the HTP \"feature\". I mean, I am going to do more testing. But it seems pretty obvious.

The 5D3 has been awesome in very tough lighting conditions. I still have 2 more days to go in this production. When im done il have a pretty good idea of the capabilities (and limitations) of the 5D3. But so far its a lot like my 1DS3 but better at high ISO. The AF is better I think, so far!

It obviously shoots video! (dont really need that feature)


It\'s a canon shame while camera has FTP fancy feature that can not be used by any means... Well, this is just a small part of the house of shame since most latest canon sensor can\'t be under-exposed. To validate 5D3/1Ds3 sensor noise performance, try both at 8 stops or wider DR scenes. Otherwise, flat light shot comparison does not mean much at all...seriously. My 1ds2 blow my 5d2 by a mile while doing these DR low iso test, still can\'t be compared to sony/nikon sensor though...
